ב׳אֱלֹקִים לָנוּ מַחֲסֶה וָעֹז עֶזְרָה בְצָרוֹת נִמְצָא מְאֹד׃
ג׳עַל־כֵּן לֹא־נִירָא בְּהָמִיר אָרֶץ וּבְמוֹט הָרִים בְּלֵב יַמִּים׃
ד׳יֶהֱמוּ יֶחְמְרוּ מֵימָיו יִרְעֲשׁוּ־הָרִים בְּגַאֲוָתוֹ סֶלָה׃

G-d is our refuge and strength; therefore we will not be afraid
2G-d is our refuge and strength, a help in troubles, very easily found.
3Therefore we will not be afraid when the earth is changed [from calm to quaking], and when the mountains topple into the depths of the sea.
4[The sea’s] waters roar and churn up mud; the mountains quake at His majesty, Selah.
